Young man from Iowa has Wisdom for Rhode Island



At least five of my friends have shared this on facebook. I hope the number grows and grows. This nineteen year old is so clear and eloquent.

I posted this on facebook a few days ago. I wish I could get it shown on French TV, because gay marriage is in the news these days. The Socialist Mayor of aSouth west city performed a technically illegal gay marriage, but the couple are celebrities now.
You'd think that gay marriage wouldn't be such a big deal here, because supposedly this is a secular country.
Civil Unions are okay, but marriage is a line they are afraid to cross.
