Rhode Island Needs Its Office of the Child Advocate

For years one of Rhode Island's hidden gifts has been: its Office of the Child Advocate,

RI Senators Walaska and Bates have introduced a Bill S-2529 to eliminate the Office of the Child Advocate.

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a Hearing on March 11, 2008 at the State House in Room 313, at the Rise of the Senate.
