I am enormously grateful to Patricia Raub and many other community members for persistent advocacy...
There remain the important logistics, legalities and now concerns over how many workers will be sacrificed by the PPL in order to maintain their administrative budget.
The current Providence Phoenix' Phillipe and Jorge have some fabulous comments on the matter, but I can't find the link...Stay tuned.
