Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants & All Medical Providers are entirely capable of determining which tests are needed and when.
Women need no legislator to make a difficult time more or less difficult.
I am not sure of an equivalent intervention for men going to clinics would be.
When men get Tests for Sexually Transmitted Infections, we don't introduce sonography. We could. I am sure a testicular sonogram or other exam could be mandated. There are lots of possibilities I'm sure.
