PROVIDENCE RI — Superior Court Judge P. Hurst yesterday told lawyers she needs more information before deciding whether the Donald W. Wyatt Detention Facility must release records pertaining to Hiu Lui “Jason” Ng, a detainee who died while in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She continued a hearing to Jan. 29.
